Today, I am going to
tell you some very easy acupressure tips for high blood pressure. Press the
middle finger of your two hands as shown here. You can squeeze it from the
sides like this or hold it with your thumb and forefinger and press.

It with your thumb or you can press and rub the sides of the ends of the middle fingers like this. Press and rub the middle finger of both hands as soon as you feel that blood pressure is rising. Doing it continuously for 5 minutes lowers your blood pressure to normal. Similarly, press the little finger with both hands. Squeeze the middle and small fingers of both hands daily 2-3 times daily for a minute or two helps to cure high blood pressure quickly. 2nd method is that place your fingers on the shoulders next to the neck. Tap this area with fingers like this. Just squeeze like this.
You may feel pain in
this area while pressing. Keep pressing these points and do a massage on this with
sesame oil. It heals high blood pressure very quickly. The third method is as
follows: Find and squeeze the specific reflex zone on the spinal cord. I show
you how to do it. This reflex zone is located just above the middle of the
back. Press this area with the help of the thumb like this.
Tap and discover the
pain points. Tap these dots with your thumb. Also tap the surrounding areas with
your thumb. And massage with sesame oil on the upper back. Massage up.
Squeezing these points on the spinal cord and upper back heals long-term high
blood pressure. Also, if BP is up and the medical facility is not available then
pressing all the points lowers blood pressure to normal within 5 to 10 minutes
in general. So, these are some easy acupressure tips for high blood pressure.
