It with your thumb or you can press and rub the sides of the ends of the middle fingers like this. Press and rub the middle finger of both hands as soon as you feel that blood pressure is rising. Doing it continuously for 5 minutes lowers your blood pressure to normal. Similarly, press the little finger with both hands. Squeeze the middle and small fingers of both hands daily 2-3 times daily for a minute or two helps to cure high blood pressure quickly. 2nd method is that place your fingers on the shoulders next to the neck. You may feel pain in this area while pressing. Keep pressing these points and do a massage on this with sesame oil. It heals high blood pressure very quickly. Press this area with the help of the thumb like this.
